•Korea — the rights the law gives you, including the right of withdrawal under Article 17 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, are not limited by this policy and remain fully available. Because the seller and receipt issuer for the purchase is Paddle, the Merchant of Record, a withdrawal is received by, and the resulting refund executed through, the seller. In addition, Orbnit's own in-app refund request (Section 6) is always available on top of these statutory rights; whichever route you use, the outcome will not be less favourable than the statute provides. Because the full core service is free and Orbnit Plus is a paid add-on, the paid period begins at the moment of payment.
•Japan — the rights granted by applicable Japanese consumer legislation apply, including the Consumer Contract Act. For Paddle payments you can also contact Paddle support, the Merchant of Record.
•EU / other regions — where a statutory cooling-off period applies to a digital subscription, it applies in addition to Orbnit's own refund window in Section 6; whichever gives you the stronger remedy prevails.
